Wenn man den Namen der Datei bei einer Suchmaschine einwirft, finden sich Hinweise wie dieser:
mssadv.exe is installed as a part of spyware named "Microsoft Security Adviser". It is located at "C:\Program Files\Microsoft Security Adviser" or "C:\Microsoft Security Adviser\". This spyware also adds many RUN keys to system registry to have it automatically run. You should remove this file and all related infections from your computers. This spyware also copies these files into your computer: msfw.exe, mssadv.exe, msctrl.exe, msavsc.exe, msscan.exe, msiemon.exe.
Auf Deutsch: Dein System ist wohl verseucht und Du solltest es am besten flach machen und neu aufsetzen.
