Welche Navi-Software läuft unter Windows Mobile 6?

hallo,
in der firma haben wir mehrere pda´s (t-mobile mda vario III) für die eine navigationssoftware angeschafft werden soll. nun habe ich gehört dass unter windows mobile 6 nicht alle naviprogramme laufen.
daher meine frage: welche navigationssoftware läuft einwandfrei auf dem o. g. gerät? hersteller ist egal, kartenmaterial dür DACH genügt.
