Da gibts viel zu lesen, u.a. folgendes:

Well.. I've confirmed that large zip files on my Desktop where causing the issue. it could be listed as a work around. I've also tried completly disabling "zipfolder" feature in windows by commandline:
regsvr32 /u %windir%\system32\zipfldr.dll
which resulted in same improvment.
btw send:
regsvr32 %windir%\system32\zipfldr.dll
to re-enable zipfolder feature.
